TiHi stands for Tits and Hips. This was going to be the name of my bra-making company when I left university 30 years ago. I was going to take the lingerie world by storm by introducing bras for larger-breasted ladies. I didn’t. I had no idea how to make bras. The hips have disappeared; the tits have a life of their own because of hormone fluctuations, but I like the name and logo so it has stayed with me.

TiHi is now my brand for my art and my self-publishing.

I published my debut novel on 22nd May 2026 on Amazon.

My Story

I was an art teacher for over twenty years and have practised art for over thirty. I’m a sculptor at heart and love experimenting with any materials I can find. I started exploring wire back in my university days and enjoy the experimentation process the most.

I do not care for final pieces as much as I care for discovering new things. There are more unfinished pieces in my collection than finished ones. I rarely sell my work as I like to cling onto everything I have ever made. However, I am happy to sell my work digitally and as a print, mug or t-shirt as long as I get to hoard the originals.
